Our Story

You are a young mother raising your family one moment, and then all of a sudden everyone else is taking up all of your time, and you realize that you are also evolving. I had no idea how swiftly life passes you by while you are raising your family. In my fifties, paying attention to my body has become crucial. I've gained insight into the demands of my two girls by supporting them through adolescence. It's time to establish a deep connection with our bodies, minds, and the people we support. I discovered that it is my responsibility to use the tools I have used in my own life to empower those around me.
